Who we are
Saral companions are made by [company legal name] ("we"). This page explains what we collect when you use your Saral account and the companions, and why.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, and how you sign in (for example, password or company sign-in).
- The PCs you sign in on: the PC name your companion reports, and when it was last used.
- How much of the assistant you use: the number of requests, their size and their cost. Not what you asked.
- Billing details: your plan, payments and invoices. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner, not by us.
- Security records: sign-ins, sign-outs and changes to your account.
What we don't collect
We don't store your prompts, your chats or the assistant's replies on our servers. Your chat history stays on your PC. We don't use your work to train AI models.
Why we use it
To sign you in, keep your account safe, give you the plan you paid for, bill you, and support you when you ask for help. We don't sell your data and we don't show you ads.
Your choices
You can see and sign out your PCs on your account page. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, contact support. We answer within 30 days.
More detail
See how we handle your data for where it is stored and how long we keep it.
